CILB offers consumers resources and training to improve their employability skills. Consumers can participate in workshops on resume writing, career exploration, and interviewing skills.

CILB gives youth with disabilities opportunities to help them transition to adulthood and independence through its various programs.

CILB provides information and resources to individuals seeking permanent affordable and accessible housing. The Housing Program also helps remove physical barriers in consumers’ homes.

Leadership CILB is a special leadership opportunity for individuals with disabilities in Broward County. The program develops individuals’ personal and professional abilities while also fostering a networking of disability advocates in the community.

The CILB offers five core services:  information & referral services, advocacy, independent living skills training, peer support and transition services.

CILB helps consumers with disabilities learn about devices that can help them better live independently.

CIL Broward’s Loan Closet provides assistive technology and consumer medical equipment in good condition at no charge to consumers to increase their independence and access.

Are you employed, but depend on personal care assistance for help completing your daily activities?  If so, you may be eligible for the James Patrick Memorial Work Incentive Personal Attendant Services and Employment Assistant Program.
