If so, you may qualify for the James Patrick Memorial Work Incentive Personal Attendant Services and Employment Assistance Program (JP-PAS).

JP-PAS offers monthly stipends to working adults with significant disabilities in Florida who need personal assistance services to achieve and sustain competitive, integrated employment.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a Florida resident
• Currently employed
• Earn an income between 100% of the Federal Poverty Level and $150,000 annually
• Not receiving SSI or SSDI benefits
• Not enrolled in Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services while in the program
